There might be an element of truth to that..

Along with it being beneficial for us anyway as he is a good player and shows it, inconsistently i know..

Needs to be patient, even more so now with the resurgence of Rogic.

Him, Rogic and McGregor would be some creative trio in the middle with Christie out right just now..

I'd like to see Rogic and Turnbull ahead of a sitter at some point. Couldn't be a high tempo away game..

He does have to be patient though. I've no doubt he's been told he'll get his chance again soon..

Good point, but if that is the case, we should play Nicham in Europe and Turnbull domestically. Doubt any scouts will be watching domestic games.

We should have loaned him back to Motherwell if we had no intention of playing the boy. He is wasting away, how many players are we going to ruin???!!!!

Can only think Lenny is trying to prioritise athleticism, but if that were the case, Soro would be the first name in that midfield.

Could be after he had such a long lay off with injury our management team believe he needs more training etc to get to a level we need him to be at. I know he came back and done well for Motherwell but they had no option but to play him to get the money they were looking. He could be continuing his rehabilitation behind the scenes here. Nothing worse than him breaking down again. Just a suggestion as I can’t think what else would be holding him back.

It’s typical us when it comes to Turnbull he had a good 45 mins against Hibs so we started him the next game when we were rubbish so we have barely seen him bar less than 10min cameos since.

I would start him on Thursday and keep Rogic fresh for Motherwell on Sunday but expect Ntcham to get the nod.

Its a shame on the lad as he was just starting to recapture his form after the long lay off and we have signed him and his game times been severally limited.

I think that is trying to be too nice towards the coaching here.

The lad was fully recovered ages ago, had made appearance last season, was involved in Motherwell preseason and played their first 6 games of the season.

Comes here and is never to be seen.

He's fit, he's recovered. It's typical of our squad/player management that we will literally waste players on the fringe while we burn out a core 11-15 players and wonder why the players are dead on the * come the 60th minute of a cup semi final.

Already 28% of the way through our games - 34% had we not got two games postponed that normally wouldn't be.
We are a good chunk in to this season already (adds to the other debate on Lennon ability) and the lads unable to get game time even when the manager is claiming every player outwith his pals are unfit. (yes a bit OTT, but it's the general go to line why he isn't playing certain players and ends up playing folk out of position)

Makes it even worse if that would be the case. Playing a guy who wants to leave, just to get him in the window, at the determent of the club and the squad in this season.

Ntcham is an asset, a frustrating one. I can see why Lenny is trying to give him every opportunity to prove his class.

Also, everyone thought Rogic was off (so glad he's stayed) so you can see why Turnbull was brought in, if Rogic had been in from the start we may have loaned Turnbull back to Motherwell until Jan.. Easy in hindsight.

He'll get his chance, everyone, including you will need to be patient.. :50:

Got to assume he’s not doing well in training or something because there’s no other explanation for his absence from the team.

Ntcham coming off the bench again. Unbelievable
