Send Duffy back and give Lennon his money as a retirement package.

We have to understand that what he got here was a gift from *. He will never ever walk and once sacked, he will literally beg on his knees to Lawell to have some different job here. He's done as a manager and he knows it. If he won't be U-19 coach with us then the next move for him is a club like Falkirk.

Aye Strachan could 100% organise this team far better than Lennon. Eddie Howe wouldn't be my first choice either tbf but I see no reason as to why we couldn't go and get a top manager for 6 months and see where we're at after that

I'll say it again. 3 points behind and only November. Be careful what you wish for!

I agree he was under appreciated but that doesn’t mean it was wrong for him to move on. Like I said, he was done.

Mowbray was the wrong manager for the next season and so was Strachan.

Lennon is the same now. His past achievements will always be there but it’s clear now he’s taking us backwards and not forward so we need to get someone else.

I will never believe we have the best possible manager in place when we are playing this badly.

Needed a bounce back game, didn't get one.

Don't think he's capable of doing the job right now.

I totally agree he had a great record but he was on the decline. It was obvious at the time that even if he won the league that year he was finished - and there’s no shame in it. It was the right call to move him on. It was the wrong call to bring in Mowbray.

I don't think the board are going to sack him, yet. He was their cheap option and with only a potential 3 points in the title race and in every other competition it keeps his job I am afraid. He isn't going to walk in 1 million years either. So basically by the time the board do the right thing, it will be too late.
