was better than the weekend and then much much better after brown went off

has strength has skill has passing

i should be done with him but if our coaches arent using him right then they have to shoulder the blame also

i agree with what people have been saying now for ages cant play in the same team with brown

Thought he looked like a totally different player when Broonie went off, maybe just maybe gives an insight as to what is going on behind the scenes.

Thought he was very poor for an hour tonight, largely due to how he’s a complete liability when we don’t have the ball. After that though I thought he played very well.

I’ve said it for a long time, but I just don’t think he and Brown can play together in the same side.

Been a big critic of him and rightly so. Great on his day but his day comes around once or twice a season.

Although he looked much more comfortable when Brown went off and he dropped deeper. The whole team looked more dynamic without Brown.

Can already see Lennon playing Brown on Sunday and Ntcham in the 10 even though we all know it doesn’t work

There was a moment just before the 40th minute when the ball was rolling just outside their box and he was just walking towards it and Milan player ran picked it up and away up the pitch. Couldn’t believe it.

But he was a lot better tonight, decent passing. Especially 2nd half.

Definitely improved as the game went on. Its like he only plays well when linking with certain teammates

Also, most of his long crossfield passes were on the button. Just wish it was the same with his shooting. Himself and mcgregor always go for the hard low shots

He did have a decent second half. He is a * tackler.
And he really * me off in second half, we got a free kick near the touchline and was standing next to Christie, who we all knew was going to take it. I was like GTF man. But no and when Christie did take it, he just stands there, at the touch line, with his hands on his hips and the ball is now in the box. I was screaming at the TV "get back into position".

Harsh mate, he was only at fault three times for the penalty :nonono:

Honestly I don’t see what people see in him other than the odd fancy turn. He’s a centre midfielder who’s an absolute liability defensively, rarely gets assists and rarely scores goals. He’s * in a challenge and goes missing in a battle.

I called it prematch in the match thread that we’d lose a goal by failing to track midfield runners today. How a professional manager who himself played defensive midfielder for his whole career can’t see that is absolutely beyond me.

We should've punted this * when he spat his dummy out when Moussa left. Complete liability.

It's lennons fault for continually playing him, we can all see he's not even close to the level he should be at but he's constantly being picked.

Mind a few month back when you got lynched for suggesting he was anything other than world class. Absolute fraud.

Started well i thought but doesn't do enough..

Turnbull can't get a game ahead of him which blows my mind..

Broonh came on and * the third goal. Completely sold it but was more effective than Ntcham with our play..

I've been saying for at least 2 years that he's a fraud and others have said he needed a run in the team. Well that's 4 in a row - 1 win (both goals scored after he was subbed), 2 defeats and a draw (2 of 3 goals scored after he was subbed). I hope that puts to bed the idea that he just needs a run in the team.
