Tv off, never expected too much against Milan but we can't defend * all. Brutal to watch except for 5 minutes. Ajeti looks ok and laxsalt but we have no shape and don't press as a team. Our whole shape is all over the place.

 

His shot stopping is extremely poor. Didn't extend his arms for the first goal (exactly the same at the weekend) and basically dived to * high for the second. Waste of money

Totally agree about the sum of parts thing. Lesser teams seem able to do it against us, yet if anything we have a very good squad but just fling 11 players out, square pegs in round holes who don't all compliment each other well with no clear plan, and become less than the sum of our parts.

 

Another game where nothing is learned. We have regressed so much it is heart breaking. Players look lost, you could see some of them looking around searching for answers after that second goal. All tbeybsee is a manager sat on his * arms folded or pointing fingers. There is no pattern to our play, no obvious set up. When teams retreat back into position you can see they shape, the same shape every time it ours changes very fecking time we give away possession,sometimes a line of 3 at the back or sometimes 4. 3 in the midfield sometimes 2.

 

Who plays in front of him? Frimpong isn't a RB in these games he needs to be further forwards.

 

First time round lenny did well,got us some * great nights in europe.
Don't know what's wrong now tho.

Ajeti played well too I felt. Ball stuck to him loads and he's played couple of decent passes.
Blaming Welsh for that goal is harsh as *. Duffy at fault imo, that's last 4 goals I reckon Duffy at fault for.

Not impressed at all. Slightly better than Saturday but that would'nt take much. Ajer and Laxsalt only ones that i'd give pass marks to so far.

Get turnbull and Christie on brown and ntcham off just now but Lenny will wait till the 70 minute mark to do that .

 

Laxalt not put a foot wrong frimpong been getting up park well decision making poor though and non existent defensively
