Ntcham is becoming a waste at this stage.

Guess we are in agreement he needs to step up but the truth is he has had plenty of chances and hes done nothing.

Im actually surprised he doesnt get more stick on here, for some reason he seems to go unoticed and yet time after time he puts in below par performances.

Would love to see him prove me wrong but imo the guy seems happy to just do the minimal and thats about it with him.

That's a pretty ignorant comment given he is in good form this season.

Hopefully we keep the * quiet.

Cmere I’m just sayin he would be there biggest threat I’ve seen a few of their games this season and he does one twos and runs in behind. That’s the only thing I’d be weary of with slowish centre halves that frimpong will have to track back and do a lot more work. He works his bollox off regardless so I know he will relish his chance in this game and like big brute said barisic will be isolated with frimpong and I think frimpong will tear them a sunder. I’m glad Jullien will be starting though as I think he is solid

Personally it's an advantage. Kent's Billy big baws who wont track back so frimpong will destroy whoever's left in defence. No 2 on 1s with him. I fancy him tearing anyone apart 1 on 1.

Would be my team of choice. Think Turnbull would excel.

Not confident. Also Lennon loves a surprise in these so probably no use in guessing but I think he will go like:

    .................Barkas................
    .......Jullien....Duffy....Ajer........
    Frimp......................... Taylor
    ...............Brown...................
    .....Ntcham.........McGregor......
    ..........................................
    ...........Ajeti...Ely.................

Depending on Ajeti fitness of course. I just don't see Frimpong in a back 4.

If Edouard is back in Scotland and is given the all clear to play i am confident that he will start (unlikely to get 90 mins tho). He is a big game player and a hun skelper...

I agree, we can’t pretend he’s not a threat because unfortunately, he is a real threat. We are far to open and if we play like that on Saturday he could, on his current form, have a field day. His pace could cause us problems running in behind hence the reason I think. considering our limited available resources, 4-4-1-1 or 4-4-2 might not be a bad shout to start with. I’ve said it in other threads, they have very little creativity so sitting back and breaking on them could be really effective.

Sticking with this lineup, although would be happy to see Rogic in there instead of Mo.

    * it, here's my team
    ........................barkas..........................
    ................jullien Duffy ajer....................
    ....frimpong...........................laxalt........
    ........................brown............................
    ..............McGregor Turnbull..................
    ....................ajeti. Edoaurd....................

Rationale: has to be 3-5-2, frimpong and laxalt up and down all day, make tavenier and barisic think twice about camping on the halfway line, brown to sit in, Kent can't be ignored as their danger man but he's a one trick pony and it's a step over and a cut in all day long, that's where he should be met by brown with Turnbull and McGregor both offering support for attack and defence, Turnbull I feel would excel against them as they won't sit in like Riga/st Johnstone did. Strikers pick themselves and with klimala and Griff both playing well and offering different elements they are good options off the bench. I'm assuming edoaurd is free to play and ajeti is fit. There may have been an argument for holding edoaurd in reserve for 20/30 mins if required if fans had been at the game but I don't think that sort of intro would have the same benefit behind closed doors so id go with him from the start . What we want is frimpong and laxalt to be our players to play the game in their final third and squeeze the life outta them. We are susceptible to a ball over the top so I hope we do well in that regard and ajer has to stay on his feet with beaton reffing. Lennon knows how to win leagues, he knows the league, I genuinely feel/hoped he has messed around with things with formations over the past few months so we aren't as predictable for this very game. I'm going with 2-1 (Turnbull and Duffy), with Morelos "winning" a penalty and tavenier scoring .. if we go 5311 I'd be very worried. In ways been dreading this game for a while but as it gets closer I'm getting more and more confident we have a performance and a trick or two up our sleeve

That was brilliant. That should be shown to the team before the game on Saturday. It will give them an extra wee boost to demolish the *

We have been far too pedestrian in the last few games with the scum. If the players cant find motivation for this game then they should just hand in a transfer request. No excuses, i expect us to be the dominating team. They WILL come all guns blazing. We need to remind them that were with the ones who call the shots
