    An unpopular opinion?

I would imagine that is a very widely held opinion amongst football fans. I certainly agree with you anyway.

I reckon they've signed him and the young Uruguayan lad Pellistri at the same time to help each other settle in.

I can accept that people don't like The Beatles music, but by no definition can they be be labelled '*'.

One of (if not the) most influential bands of all time? The quality of their (considerable) output over a 10 year period is genuinely frightening.

Consider this... Paul McCartney - pretty balladeer extraordinaire - (more than arguably) put together the first fully-formed heavy metal song on a whim! He heard Pete Townshend describe a Who song as the 'loudest, rawest, dirtiest song', and he decided to trump it, so wrote 'Helter Skelter'. An entire mainstream genre musically defined - on a whim! Countless mega-bands have dined off that particular song alone throughout their careers!

The 60's was the most incredible time for popular music - The Beatles led it.

All cross border football, both international and club should be suspended this season. It’s going to cause more problems than good.

    * go on about 10 In a Row far too much. This season isn't that different because of 10IAR. it is different because there are no fans there. This season is no more important than last season as if we hadn't won 9IAR we couldn't have won 10. Or the season before as if we hasn't won 8IAR we couldn't have won 10. When we win the league this season, then next season will be just as important to me as I want us to win the league every season. Just Hun obsessed * imo.

Spot on S Pauli !! To me, achieving Nine in a Row again was the key event.

We achieved 9in a row ( fair and square and despite the bent officials ) in 1974 then the old huns cheated their way to equal it ( in their eyes at least) in the 90s. Their 9 in a Row was notable only for the swindling and financial malfeasance that accompanied it, and that lead rightly to the liquidation of the old club.

Sevco ( Second-hand huns ) have won NOTHING.

Now we have achieved it again ! they will never ever achieve 9 in a row, they most certainly wont do it TWICE

Sadly because of COVID this season will only be remembered as the year football and the World changed forever.

Can’t find anything I agree with here, sorry. Winning last season is exactly why this season is more important, because we’re going for an unprecedented record in Scottish football. Of course winning the league next season will be just as important if we win it this season, but there is undeniably extra tension this season, due to wanting the record. No fans makes a huge difference, but the tension for the league would have been the exact same even with them.

    Completely agree.

Of course if we hadn’t won 9 we wouldn’t have this chance to win 10, but surely (in any sport or competition) the opportunity to break a record comes with more pressure than simply equalling it?

There's too much of the multicultural London English accent being used on every advert, and every fake family they create to promote their product doesn't have to be mixed race.

I find it incredibly patronising that every black or mixed-race person in an advert has to be performing spoken-word poetry, or rapping.

I love potato crisps but really hate Pringles. Taste like cardboard to me and everyone else in the house loves em.

My boy's 8 and already says fam when talking to his pal's and this is Essex where that kinda talk is rife with kid's :giggle1:

The London accent even from when I was young has almost gone. It had a bit of West Indian even for us when we were young in schools but now it's loads of word's I don't even know..

Got pal's that talk more cockney and pal's that talk with what you'd say were black down here and still do even in our 30's. Just throwaway yeah man and narr instead of no being easy examples..
