Mohammed Elyounoussi.

I know he has been quite quiet domestically but I would give him a run at the number 10 with Christie and McGregor deeper.

Christie can be frustrating to watch at times but we just can’t leave him out with the numbers of goals and assists he gets. Want to see Ajeti and Mo link up and I think playing him as a number 10 will get the best out of him.

The likes of Ntcham, Turnbull and Soro should still see plenty of game time with the amount of games we have.

 

He's a CF number 10, not a Left Winger.

 

With Rogic exiled he's our best player to link up the attacking play.

Can be a bit frustrating with the final pass and sometimes it can break down with him, but his game intelligence, technique and general danger in front of goal proves he should be a starter in our first 11.

Some of his wee touches are sublime, mind you a couple of times he did excellent and then took an elephant touch and lost the ball which was quite frustrating.

I'd like him and Rogic rotated in 10 spot.

 

Should be starting for us in a more central position I think, played out his skin today.

 

Playing him left wing restricted him too much. He needs to be allowed to roam about because be always finds space for himself which is hard to do in a congested part of the field.

His ball control has been very poor the last few games. Very heavy touches today when compared to Rogic and Turnbull he's definitely needs to work harder on this aspect of his game

 

Him up front with Edouard doesn’t work.

If we are playing the 352 and he is playing he has to be the number 10. Then it has to be Edouard and one of Ajeti/Griff/Klimala up front who will get in behind, get in the box and stay forward to keep the centre backs occupied.

Edouard and Elyounoussi both like to drop deeper and drift about which made it easier for the St Johnstone defence today as no one was on the centre backs, trying to get in behind or staying inside the box to keep the defenders on their toes.

 

He's been In good company this last week wedged in between Martin Oedergaard and & Haaling. Bring that experience with you on Saturday!
