I loved the Brown who could swagger and dominate games, but it’s clearly gone we have played a number of games now so it can’t be fitness he should be match sharp at this point. He should be dropped I dont see any contribution from him on the pitch games are passing him by and forcing others to work harder around him when we should be cruising, every game is a man down when he plays, even when we play well he still offers nothing, he should be setting the standard of professionlism as captain but sadly he cant do that on the park anymore.

Terrible 1st half on Thurs but much better 2nd. Would try Bitton in the next match though. He's looking great.

Lennon also revealed Scott Brown is battling to be fit to face Hibs at Easter Road today – with David Turnbull on standby to make a first start.

He said: “We’re waiting on a scan. He’s got bone bruising on his ankle which can be very sore, tender and uncomfortable. He’s definitely out for Sunday.

Scott was OK after the game. He was scraped down the back of his calf. After the game and on the flight home, he didn’t seem too concerned about it.

I said before that he would be "injured" and not dropped if he was to be left out of the team.

He would be left out more if Lenny had faith in other players.

    And that is the problem

I honestly don't think we are far away from getting a fluid-moving and tactically-sound team structure. Drop Brown and give Turnbull / Bitton / Soro a go and let's take it from there. Do not let brown near the team.

I don't think we are far away from having a mentally well-balanced team. We will destroy teams if we start integrating the post-brown ideology now.

But it has to start now. In fact, it should have started months ago.

    Disgraceful at this point..

No only is he done, knackered and hampering our play but he's being run in to the ground..

    Woeful management..

Like I said this is a game id actually have him in the side, but not after playing so many minutes.

I get its difficult to phase someone like Broonie out but * me be brave in your management..

Feel sorry for Brown now tbh. He's Celtic through and through, committed to the cause and his being utilised incorrectly by management. I won't blame him for giving his all when he's on the pitch but for the person running him in to the ground making mockery of him and the fans by saying he will use him wisely.

It’s difficult, but if Barca can do it with Xavi and Iniesta we can do it with Broony.

Lennon is to blame, not Brown. Lennon's self-importance has and will cost us this season. The sooner he leaves, the better.
