    I know Preston rejected bids of around £6-7m from EPL clubs about three years ago - West Ham and Everton if i remember rightly.

    Might be able to find out something about this one, but could be a real coup for us.

    People at Preston are aware of the interest, but they'd rather sell now than lose him for nothing.

    No idea what the player wants, but the club rate him very highly. A 'Premier League player'.

    That would be a good price for a player that is considered PL standard and has attracted interest from PL clubs. Haven't seen him but going on what I've read he could be a real gem.

    No, if we're committing to a back three, we need at least one more CB in. Over the course of a long season, we need at least two guys for every position, and not including Bitton (who just doesn't cut it in that position) we're one short of having two entire back threes, and that's if we include Elhamed as a CB, when his best position seems to be RB.
