    If there was ever a game not to start him in it was this. Tight pitch. Packed defence.

    His game is all about running in behind. You don’t get those opportunities against St Mirren.

    Empty jersey, but there was a few of those out there tonight.

    If he had missed chances, I'd be slating him but with zero service for ANY of our 3 strikers it's hard to point any blame on them.

    He wasn't an empty Jersey on that pitch today, he didn't see much of the ball but our all round play getting it forward was poor, I did see a couple good flicks from him but woukd agree this wasn't the game for him, late on impact when it opened up a bit he would have been a great threat. He is/will be an important part of the squad this season.

    It's looking more obvious that he's a decent sub for countering teams on the break. Last night reminded me of the Clyde match last season where his hold up play isn't great. Still early days though. 4th striker at the club for now.

    Still annoyed about his performance last night. If he can’t do anything against St.Mirren then what’s the point? He can’t go through his Celtic career having the excuse made for him that teams sit deep and he’s not that type of striker.

    As much as I'd like to be proved wrong I just don't see anything in this guy, I don't know if playing for Celtic is too much for him so he's trying too hard and not able to play relaxed or he just doesn't have the ability.
