Well, Forrest got the winner for us.

And Ntcham’s replacement Christie set up the two goals

Think the team was ok. Tactically we are a bit * though. Brown seems to want to play CH which leaves too much space as McGregor and Christie are too far forward. Middle to front we look devoid of ideas, just hoping for Edouard to pull something off or putting it out wide for Forrest or Taylor to play back to the midfielders, again and again.

The shape or personnel is just not working.

I didn't say I wanted Ntcham on in place of Christie, why play brown in two successive games away in which teams will clearly try and frustrate us? Play someone like Turnbull there who can help us when we attack, even at that if we're going to play Brown he does not need to play the entire 90.

As for Forrest? He scored a good goal, but he was horrendous throughout the game, he's clearly first choice in any other formation but he doesn't work well enough at Wing-back.

I like the guy but he simply doesn't learn. Continues to fiddle with the team when it's not needed, drops players who don't deserve to be left-out whilst playing guys who do deserve to be dropped. He seems incapable of making us a solid unit, I have never known a Celtic team look so vulnerable defensively. I doubt it will go down well and it pains me to say it but from what I've seen so far this season I'd have sevco as favourites at this moment in time.

Very clever but if you watch the game we were all over the place. Only some good saves and pure luck stopped us conceding a good few goals. Not once did we look defensively secure.

Totally agree the defence needs to tighten up.

The defence is not the problem its the midfield, Brown is constantly getting turned out of position leaving the defenders vulnerable, we have no press it very easy to play through us right now.

He has the strongest squad by a distance yet struggles every game. He is a dreadful manager but people wont admit it. Playing guys like * Taylor and Brown for the amount of time they get is laughable

    Why is Frimpong dropped today?

Why does he change it so often? he doesnt have a * clue what his strongest 11 is and hasnt done since he's been back here.

Bar a couple of Impressive/lucky results he's been poor since he's been back.

Unless something changes we have zero chance of winning the league this year.

Pretty concerning to hear NL say on Radio Scotland just there that he's 'delighted' with the squad he currently has, when he seems to be aiming toward fielding a 3-5-2 and we don't have a natural LWB (Taylor good, defensive LB, but gets a nosebleed every time he advances 12 yards).

It's not happening for us and Lennon doesn't know how to change it especially during a game. Anyone who isnt worried about 10 better start...

A lot of the chances we concede come from that area of the pitch between the centre backs and the midfielders. Brown is often chasing shadows and miles off it. McGregor has never been particularly good at that but now it's extremely exposed nearly every game as Brown keeps declining.

Completely unbalanced with taylor as the lwb, and brown dropping deep to collect the ball constantly invites pressure.

I hope lennon can see both things but i doubt it.

3 games within a week was the perfect opportunity to give Broony a rest tonight, canny understand the logic of playing him.

Just naw. He overthinks, panics, and sometimes has this weird and unfortunate combo of complacency and underconfidence at the same time, but he's far from a 'dreadful' manager! Ridiculous statement. In aiming towards crafting a decent, 3-5-2 shaped side, he's doing the right thing. His execution of it is frankly just not there at the minute. Maybe fair to say he needs better men around him to help get where he wants to be, but the results he's gotten for this club over the course of his two tenures - not to mention his loyalty to us in the face of utter crap sometimes - is worth much more respect that that ^ sort of comment. Check yersel.

Can you tell me why Taylor got 90 minutes?
Can you tell me why Brown gets 90 minutes?
    Why did Frimpong not play?
Why is there absolutely no creativity in the middle?

any decent manager would have got them both off, in fact Taylor wouldn't even be in the squad.

    He's not a good manager

He needs to drop Broony. He doesn’t need to play every single game anymore ffs, we can see it clear as day.

As other have said he drops in as another centre half at time and leaves a big gap between midfield and defence and the shape is all over the place.
