    CELTIC and Rangers are both keeping tabs on QPR striker Bright Osayi-Samuel, according to reports.

    The 22-year-old has just nine months left on his Loftus Road contract.



    QPR accepted a £5million bid from Club Brugges this summer but the move fell through.

    And Football Insider say the Hoops are working on a deal to bring Osayi-Samuel to Celtic Park with rivals Rangers also interested.

    Premier League sides Leicester, Fulham and Brighton are all said to be interested in the forward.

    But Celts could land him on the cheap in January if he remains at QPR beyond the October transfer deadline.

    He's a winger and he is about 99% certain to join Crystal Palace, I think the other 1% is he signs a new deal at QPR!

    I don't think there is much in this as far as Celtic are concerned.
