    Aye 100% get that but if I was on 20k at Celtic and a team down south offered me 60k I'd be more tempted to stay put especially given the current circumstance. Easier said than done though I suppose

    When he said he was scared to come back to Glasgow , it was in a joking manner, he was at the game last year v Cluj, press and * celtic lasses on twitter are wanking themselves over it for whatever reason. Also Gamboa started the books in bag trend before it was cool.

    If I was on 20k I'd more thank likely be deed. I take your point on board but as I say he made a rod for his own back with his interviews and antics 20k a week is not to be sniffed at regardless of the situation

    Just listened to the podcast, always going to get fans reacting angrily to a player and fan leaving the club, the Judas thing was way too far but. Time heals wounds, he'll always be welcomed back and have no doubt he'll be playing in the hoops again.

    I understand this for most players. I won't bat an eyelid when Eddy or Ajer leave. I'm not sure it will happen but I would even wish CalMac well if he was to move on. I think the issue is that Tierney had lots of fans fooled into thinking he was just like us and would never want to leave. I really thought we had another Paul McStay. I appreciate that football has moved on but it still stings.
