    From what I've read on this thread, I'll be delighted when this chap signs on the proverbial. It's just a shame there has to be so much animosity between posters non-stop about who knows what etc.

    This seems to be a recent development. I've never noticed it to be so bad until recently. Is this a Covid thing? Are you all feeling a bit down with the Lockdown?

    The amount of rumours and crap that people hear and post is laughable.

    If you refer to my post you will see the facts directly from people involved.

    This paying all wages, option to buy etc is all utter rubbish.

    Why would we have to wait until the last year of his contract?

    We could sign him and come January 2022 he is 30, he's been with us then for a year and a half, also at 30 he's hardly done as a CB, we could easily sell him for more than 5 million at that age.
