The pictures i seen of his GF birthday party there was about 4 or 5 people there. The sheep shaggers players went out on the town in crowded pubs and clubs and moved between a few places.....not exactly the same thing.

 

On his game he’s miles better than any striker in the league bar Édouard, and he was back to that level before the lockdown. Wouldn’t surprise me if we chuck him now but I don’t think it’s a good idea

Then people need to take a chill pill and settle down.

 

Like everyone else no idea what the true facts of this story are but I'd be very surprised if every club didn't have some sort of strict players social distancing rules in place before the Aberdeen fiasco. After that fact probably a lot stricter now.

 

Lot a pish wit is it way the rags and griffs?? Still waiting to hear them being called upon for playing a match without corona testing FFS..

 

Hopefully we see Griffiths on the bench and getting some game time this weekend.

Too much speculation about the party. Looking at NL comments he’s happy with how our squad is dealing with Covid. Honestly hate the way anything Leigh does now is torn apart and scrutinised. Some of our own fans would be happy to hound him out of the club. Aye he * it with his fitness but time and time again he’s come back and saved our * with vital goals. I find it easier to accept he’s not perfect unlike some of us but given the support he can do things most of us fans can only dream of doing.

Im with that.... but the problem here is that these ‘events’ end up being posted on social media and therefore in the spotlight of the scum rags.

For me the real stupidity is in Griff /guests/whoever putting pics and video on the internet to give them fuel.

 

thats the world we live in now. I don’t get the need to post clips of your day to day life on the internet. Seems to be a thing the younger generation see as the norm. We all are aware of the rags propaganda, after the * I’ve read today about him, it’s disappointing so many of our fans can be led on by those headlines and twitter know it alls. I was pleased to read NL comments today which seemed to compliment the whole squad on their behaviour during these times. Look forward to seeing him on the field again silencing his critics

Btw. With any other player, you're thinking it's a bit daft but with him after all his warnings recently, it's just ridiculous.

A guy that suffers from mental health issues came back from a global pandemic a wee bit over weight and was at a social gathering.

My own personal opinion on Leigh aside, it's a matter of time before his team mates get fed up with him acting in what looks in a very selfish way time after time, and if that does happen it would force lennons hand, no wanting it to turn potentially toxic around him, especially this season. But, if he's burnt bridges with some fans or some want to stick by him regardless then fair enough.. don't see the point in fans bickering back and fourth and making it a almost a contest.

 

They got away with that mate , down to a mix up in communication .
Griffiths , time for him to grow up and ditch the phones .

 

He'll be back, his critics will eat their words when he scores 20 or more goals again this season.

 

To be honest how long before he falls back down. Unfit, then throws a party. His biggest supporters are getting fed up. If Ajeti comes in he is down the pecking order and if Klimala scores a few more he isn't getting back up from 4th place . At the moment he is 3rd choice but it won't be long until he is 4th.
