    Just a guess, however I would think it is about him really trusting players. He puts a lot of thought into who he picks, but then he picks them because he trusts them. I would guess this came from the teams he played in and I think Sutton and Henrik would be exactly the same.

    Weakness is our defending 2nd ball in the box when its played back out, closing down is too slow ,they got a deflection and goal from it but its been something we have failed to correct for a few years , hard to be critical with our team with the achievements but maybe this getting sorted is the difference of making it into the cl proper .
