I could see Ajeti being brought in on a loan with option to buy with the view of him contributing this season and then potentially being Eddy's replacement next season similar to what we did with Eddy with Dembele.
Struggled at West Ham but similar to Moi in that he looked good with Basle so wouldn't be put off by his PL record.

Im not defending the board here im just highlighting the fact the virus will have an impact on things regarding transfares.

The board will tell you all types of * to justify the way thay do things so i wont bore you with that.Like you id love to see some new faces brought in and it may happen,either way imo we are strong enough with what we have to win the league.

 

I would agree that we are strong enough o win the league. We have a really strong 11 and bench but we are a bit light after that and the key point is if everyone is fit.
The last 3 seasons we could make the same argument that we were strong enough then low and behold, qualifiers come around and we have our annual defensive injury crisis and we ended up with Jack Hendry making a * of it. At least he's not here this year I suppose so maybe we have learned something from previous years

 

It's a strange one
352 worked so well last year but the moment Moi was brought back that looked like the end of it being our default formation. Can see him being a huge player this year but really struggle to see where he fits in in a 352 so looks to me like Lenny is planning on going back to 4231/433.

RW/LW- Roberts?

Would be happy with something like that. Feel that we need another LB to compete with Taylor as Boli has been poor. Still think letting Hayes go was very surprising. He wasn’t a flashy player by any means but could cover a number of positions and would always give his all. He lacked quality at times but from Boli’s recent outings he isn’t any better.

Put Roberts in for a winger as we obviously know what he is capable of here and he hasn’t had a great loan spell since leaving (Girona, Norwich and Middlesbrough) and he isn’t going to get into the City squad.

Duffy would be a great addition. Solid player and a real threat from set pieces which we have in Jullien but Ajer is pathetic in the air for someone of his size.

Know very little about Ajeti but from what I have read about him he sounds like a good player who hasn’t had a proper chance at West Ham, plus with his understanding with Moi from their Basel days together I think he would be a great addition. Hopefully with Moyes been their manager it will help us get him in.

 

Jens Petter Hauge. Kid was on fire again tonight as Bodø/Glimt trashed Molde 3-1 at home. Currently at 6 goals and 7 assists in 9 league matches.
