    Joe Wicks and his "healthy" recipes

    No measurements, no macro break down, seen him make these flapjack things with loads of granola (99% shop bought has loads of sugar) then firing it loads of honey out a squeeze bottle.

    With oats, peanut butter, dried fruit, raisins etc

    Absolutely calorie loaded and full of sugar.

    Aye "healthy"

    Some of the “journalism” and “research” that goes into these pieces are atrocious.
    These papers should be hauled over the hot coals.
    Wouldn’t look out of place if they were sold from the Fiction section of Waterstones.
