Never watched basketball in my puff but really enjoying this. Fired through the first 3 episodes last night and it was great.

Not really a spoiler but Pear Jam Present Tense in last episode was perfect choice to end it.

That's what drew me in. I read online that Pearl Jams Present Tense was featured, so checked it out.
Glad I did - really good documentary.

I'd love to go on a bender with Dennis Rodman! Would be wild!
Continuing the Pearl Jam theme, Eddie Vedder (lead singer) is really good mates with Rodman, and he tells some great stories. Strange pairing those two; completely opposing political leanings, but I've read that Rodman is very naive in his world-views and thinks he can influence the Trumps and the Kim Jong Un's for the better, so I guess that why he gets a pass from a socialist hard-* like Vedder. I'd love to hear them talking politics - would be hilarious!

I lived through that era up close, saw him live several times - documentary has a lot of polish but leaves a lot to be desired as well (Particularly when it comes to truth/balance)

Most electrifying & driven basketball player I've seen but also illustrates that fine line between genius & maniacal. A * of a person that even the doc couldn't fully cover up

Didn’t know much about basketball before watching this but loved the series.
Reading that Jordan is in apparently good health but he looks rough as * now.
What’s the story with the red/yellow eyes and the puffy face?

    Thought it was absolutely brilliant.

Made me want to get into basketball. Watched quite a few videos about different players and teams over the last few days.

NBA can be a bit boring because of the 82 game seasons and how predictable it was the last 3/4 years but when it’s good it’s some sport/league.

This season was quality before the lockdown and in the future should be more competitive.

The documentary itself? I thought it was absolutely class personally.

MJ? Don’t get the hype personally but that’s just me. I also don’t see the tyrant that some other people do after watching it, didn’t see a single thing which made me think ‘he’s an absolute * but I can see why’ which is the vibe it appears to have given off.

Being honest mate I've only watched 3 episodes, the only bits I enjoyed was the game footage. The rest of it I just found a bit meh and boring hence I haven't got round to watching the remaining episodes.

The series didn't make me think any less of MJ either. He's a an elite-level athlete - we know these guys can be ruthless * - why would MJ be any different to the other aliens!

Unbelievable documentary for me, but I think being a basketball fan obviously helps that.

Seeing behind the scenes of these iconic rivalries from back then and the highlights of some games I’ve never seen was unreal. His level of performance was just out of this world at times.

Then getting more in depth with Rodman, Kerr, Grant, Pippen, Kukoc, all these guys. I think they put it together brilliantly.

Aye, even though a lot of it is very much from an MJ perspective, it is good to hear the thoughts of a lot of those other players about what went on at the time.
