Customers first and foremost they have done nothing but make it awkward and as difficult as possible since the pandemic hit. Made it needlessly difficult to claim a refund and all the while trying to blackmail us in to not taking it. Now they've dragged the * out explaining virtual season tickets when there is literally nothing to explain. Even the way they have announced this is sleekit it's literally just flung in the renewal form.

But I suppose cancel if you don't like it. Tory *

So I was half correct the board I knew about the back room staff and players I didn’t cheers. Aslong as those on the so called living wage are being paid their full wage I’m happy tbh.

Typical Celtic, £30m in the bank and not giving any leeway to fans. Anyone who doesn’t take the refund is getting taken for a ride.

Due to a pandemic no leeway can only do whats advised by the government. Not sure we've still got 30m in the bank but will have a bit. And then if we end up selling 2 of our best players this summer fans moan and stuff it's a no win situation

I can't justify paying £600 to watch games in the house. Wont be renewing.

I agree that the club can’t win either way, I personally have no problem as an individual season ticket holder renewing. But the kicker is families with numerous tickets, I feel that needs dealt with as you could be driving away full generations of fans.

And no one can disagree with it either mate, when we get back to whatever normal we have I’m sure you will be back at Parkhead. A lot of people have big decisions to make with the economic crisis we have coming imo.

There's no way they couldn't have made on par or even more selling all home games as ppv for a tenner. I would be heavily * paying £60 a month to watch 2 matches on the tele.

I really doubt it's up to us, sky are relaxing their exclusive rights on broadcasting games in the uk to allow clubs to stream games for season ticket holders but I imagine the terms are pretty strict, if it was available to everyone on a ppv basis and there was a big enough uptake it could undermine sky and tv deals in general, might make clubs decide they're better off just going it alone in future. They're not going to shoot themselves in the foot like that.

We will have well over £30m in the bank trust me! The £38m at year end hasn’t been ate into that much. We still received prize money, TV money and will receive the uefa market pool and participation cash soon also.

I wasn’t going to claim a refund for last season but after this less than favourable plan moving forward. I think I might make the claim before the deadline on the 19th but I’ll make the decision later this week.

That's a pishy board way of looking at it..

I don't own a season book but it seems very very harsh on those that are paid up..

It's a tough one though as there was always gonna be supporters unhappy about the way we handled it and the club are in a difficult position as well. Still though, you'd think season ticket holder's would be given some kinda carrot for their loyalty and efforts during hard time's..

It's a difficult one it really is..

Only way it will be half worth it is if they add in all away games, european & cup games as well, but then many already have sky sports & BT sport. Do we have to pay more to see home games in Europe and the cup?

I know it's a tough time financially for the club and I will support it and keep my season ticket but not everyone can afford to keep it.

Also hope they will be adding the Virtual season ticket channel onto Sky and BT since my internet is * and want to watch it in HD on a big tv, not a buffering stream by HDMI onto a tv.

I think a good idea would be to put a flat rate across the board of say £250 (only one person has to pay for those staying in same household) and then give people the option of paying more if they want to support the club with a bit extra.

It is. It's really pulling on supporters loyalty and love for the club going for 10 in a row..

It's a tough one all round and I even include what the board do in that also..
