I enjoyed that wee show, some nice touches.

Such a wonderful content feel around us just now albeit we are in such worrying times. From PL, Broony, Lenny....it just feels right.

10 in a row is an absolute * certainty!

Currently on the 9 in a row part 2 youtube , great goals and some amazing football lenny first spell , wot I've been reminded of is how great a striker Hooper was and the sammy hooper stokes and commons in the team were guaranteed goals , tony wot just breaking into the team ,picked up some great talent did lenny .

Kayal, Ledley, Wanyama, McGregor, Rogic, NtCham, Commons - off the top of my head all better. Notwithstanding arguments over what constitutes a ‘midfielder’.

No. For me, talent wise, Brown isn’t close to the best Celtic centre mids of this 9 run.

Mentality wise, he’s of course utterly unmatched for influence.

This might be the one post I've agreed with the most ever on here.

    Wow.

So following this train of "thought" Paddy McCourt" walks into the 9 in a row team and it is just a case of fitting three other guys around him.

You can only really compare Brown with other centre mids. So Commons is a non starter straight away. You could definitely argue that on purely the quality of the player then Wanyama, Ledley and McGregor are all ahead of Brown. However, if we are talking about the best team throughout the 9 in a row, then Brown goes in ahead of anyone.

Mcgregor is the only one you could mention in the same breath as brown, and even he isn’t as influential as brown.(yet hopefully) there’s a difference between a talented player and one that’s a leader on and off the pitch. Could you see any they other boys lead us the same way brown has throughout the years? Of course not. Arguing for the sake of arguing

Keep the head down and get on with it pal, you’re not allowed to be slightly critical of the skipper on here.

A magnificent influence no doubt but people are blind to his flaws and get their back up if you dare question them.

Plenty are critical of Broony when required. I'm a huge fan but have also called out flaws and poor performances/decisions from him.

Rogic is a silly comparison. Commons and Kayal ahead of him? That's just madness. Personally wouldn't have Ledly or Ntcham ahead either.

The post has been highlighted for good reason as it is a bit out there to say the least. People's backs aren't up. @murphy88 has summed it up well.
