Yep that's what I think too.

I was hoping for Mo, but that won't be happening now, as said if Ed and a FF was in that'd be great. And then maybe 1 or 2 more.

If you fancy any players in the SPFL then now is the time to take em. Clubs will be desperate, I can imagine Aberdeen selling McKenna, Cosgrove and Ferguson this season and others with them in the bottom half of the league. Hearts will be trying to offload everyone. We could possibly get most of our young guys loans with some experience gained

Difficult to see any SPL players holding their own in our squad, maybe Lewis from sheep, and possibly Hickey and Souter from Diets. These are all areas we need to improve but I guess it will depend on offloading players.

We will sell and those clubs will be desperate to sell their players. I wouldn't be surprised if they were brought in for squad fillers as we will need a cut price squad next season. So uttar and Hockey will be worth a fraction of their value 6 months ago with Relegation and no fans. Clubs will come in for Cosgrove and McKenna too. The other 10 SPL clubs will be like playing Championship clubs next season.

Our biggest challenge will be getting rid of deadwood.

It will be difficult but I think at best we will get loans in for people,

Stephen O'Donnell set to be a free agent at the end of the month so I'd expect rumours to start flying about.

Could possibly come in as back up to Frimpong/Elhamed.

Keep our transfer budget for a couple of marquee signings to wrap up the 10.

Wouldn't be against him coming in as a Bauer replacement..

He'd be all for it, even as third choice..

    Sensible probably..

Or he could come in on a free move El Hamed into the middle with Julien and another CB solid 3 in there

I'd still like a left sided centre half to play the 3-5-2 system to perfection..

O'Donnell is a smart signing on the face of it really. Free. Homegrown/academy player for us which is useful for Europe. In his peak year's. Won't mind coming to be a squad filler. Cheap wage. Can do a job when required..

Leaves money or more finances whether it be loan fee and wages or wages for any other out of contract player's..

Left sided centre half. Left back/wing back are our main priorities for me..

Soro and some youth player's to be promoted now also..

Don't think we'll be interested in O'Donnell, i think he'll go to Aberdeen or Dundee United, would rather give O'Connor gametime

That's what I am thinking. By no means would it be a spectacular signing but he would fill a gap in the squad with Bauer returning to Stoke and ensure that we can keep our money for signings such as Forster, left winger etc.

    Exactly that..

He's probably as good, if no a better domestic option than Bauer from what we've seen..

I don't know if we'll go for it but I wouldn't be against it in the current climate....as you say, it let's us focus on money being spent elsewhere. Still beefs up our options at right back with Elhamed having had a couple of injuries and Frimpong still being young..

I'd actually like to see O'Connor maybe going to a Dundee United for a season first mate in the top flight..

United/Aberdeen might be too high a step up for the lad atm, if he doesn't stay with us i could see us loaning him to a team like Livingston or St Johnstone.

I wouldn't say Dundee United are. They're just promoted and have Liam Smith who was at the diets. He's pish..

He should definitely be playing top flight football though, whenever it is..

I'm glad I'm the only one who wouldn't see him as a bad signing. The kind of signing needed to enable us to go and get Fraser, an extended Eddy contract and another winger. I reckon he would take a 2 year deal too. I think O'Connor heading to another premiership team will be best, teams will be gunning for our youth guys as they need to slash budgets.

He's not a bad option still feel he could free up El Hamed to play more central or right of a 3 gives more options and he's not the worst player.

O’Donnell is absolutely * pish and should be nowhere near a Celtic squad.

    Seriously *.

He has 'something' about him. Wonder if he can/could play elsewhere in defence. Better than Jozo, and would be a good option in games where pitches are in poor condition. I would not be against him coming in as long as he can play more than one position. El Hamed is able to do that so if in the same mold then it could be better than Jozo / Baur and i don't think salary would be that much.

As a bosman on low wages I wouldn't be against it.

He's easily good enough for domestic football. He's probably the best RB in the league outwith our own, a grafter, not afraid to get stuck in.

Straightforward Bauer replacement to give us squad options.
