[Mafia] MAFIA - TV Showdown

It is day 1 in old school mafia, so what I've tried to do this phase was at least provoke responses, when noone wants to say anything other than claim being vanilla townie - which it has done. There are pros and cons for making a day 1 lynching, but by doing what I've done it usually helps in these games, and while I don't often play in them on here, I've been playing these for years and years - among other ORG's - so it is a tactic that works and believe it has at least helped provide some insight moving forward for the town, for trhe reasons I provided in my previous post.

I'm lost on this idea from taz.

Cant help but think it's some sort of trap.

 

If you’re town Taz then this plan isn’t going to help at all, doesn’t help town to lynch a townie day 1, if the scum are good players they aren’t going to jump on that.

Due to his fake character claim I’ll always be suspicious of him so would prefer we lynched him and got it out of the way now.

Your rants are bizarre... The character was important, Slaw could host this game 100 times and she wouldn't appear as a character once. It was an obvious lie, and no matter how much you try to spin it lying doesn't resonate as good town play to me. I think you have created confusion and this has allowed the mafia to sit back and watch the day pass by - possibly they'll be able to do the same thing tomorrow now too

Hard to know what characters Slaw would have in mind. Giving it up early was more unusual for me..

I honestly do not understand where u are going with this mate, if you are town why on earth have you caused this random bizarre goat chase wanting to get lynched thinking we'll get a mafia out of it, when in reality its done nothing of the sort to help us and has confused the * life out of us. Oh that and a random character claim!

Strange tactics, not sure if you are mafia would you be so upfront and willing to die, it would be a risk, but then if your town * is going on?

 

I am vanilla town. But as everyone at the very least seems confused the VOTE ME THE * OUT and there won't be that confusion going forward, because it isn't that. Look at the timing of people posting going forward, look at their actions going forward, look at what I've provoked going forward.

My suspicions are largely about Dazza mostly at this stage, but will leave that to others to sort out.

Leaving me in is only going to be smokescreen for thwe scum going forward.

So VOTE ME THE * OUT as it seems the only way that will get a day 1 action happening and stem the chance of it causing issues on day 2 etc,, considering 'smart' players supposedly can't comprehend the rationale, so if it is damage control that they need to tell themselves then do it, and vote to lynch me.

This makes no * sense at all, you claim to try and get lynched to show who scum is voting for you now if we leave you alive it's only going to help scum.

Basically all you've done day 1 is help scum, no lynch would be better than lynching a townie if you are one unless you're town bomb or some *.
