It is a Meadow Pipit Jeannie, often described as drab brown jobs. But they are quite handsome in their own right. :50:

:36: This day 6 years ago me and Jasmine Boxer did a pretty big Highland Forest walk to the delightful village of Kincraig from the hamlet we were staying.
Jasmine has loads of fun. Yes we did not really see that much but she had one of her most playful walks ever, she wanted to play with 2 Roe Deer we saw close by. She loved playing Sticky:49:
I did hear only a calling pair of Goshawks which was frustrating. There was a brilliant atmosphere and the views of the Cairngorms on top of a Forest Hill were outstanding.
When we got to Loch Insh the water was too choppy to see anything of note. But Jasmine enjoyed playing with pebbles on the beach.
At Kincraig the local pair of Ospreys showed really well,a lovely couple for life:49:
Then we nipped to the Suie Hotel Bar where I intended to have 4 pints but I had 10:56:
I had fantastic banter with some brilliant characters. I also beat an Irish Lad 3-1 at 501 darts. Hit a 19 dart leg in the win,not bad.
Jasmine was very popular in there. Then the 4 mile Spring Night 4 mile road walk home. E left the Pub at 11.20 pm.We did not see a single Car on the way home:36:
Yes a very very special day. Yes have seen much more Wildlife in many a walk but this was very special and yes the pints flowed. :60:
