    Made a soup stock from an old shoe, soy sauce and some nettles. Going to ‘beef’ it up with a desiccated carrot I found stuck to that lump of ice at the back of the fridge. Pinch of ground paracetamol to garnish.

    Had a curry from a takeaway I've not tried before. That's twice in 2 weeks ive encountered meals described as hot/spicy that haven't disappointed me. First time I've had a phaal as far as I remember. Nice but having a wee break.
