Celtic, Dundee United, Cove Rangers, Liverpool, Leeds+West Brom(auto promo), PSG, Arminia Bielefeld, Benevento, Club Brugge, Ligia Warsaw, Dinamo Zagreb, Slovan Bratislava... I could go on and on...

Would love to see the huns and the Scottish media tell all these clubs that your season was wasted and you aren't getting a championship win or a much deserved promotion.

These sort of clubs are the tip of the iceberg as such, and is reason why UEFA overall will continue to push for the leagues to be completed by the end of June(at worse an extension to that suggestion) and if games are not completed, then they will go for calling the leagues as they stand.

Otherwise all of the above are at the whims of the huns * and crying and wont be in a european competition when the new season kicks off.

I just can't see leagues being declared null and void.

We are too far down the line. As long as games can start back around May time (even behind closed doors) then they will be played.

If this isn't an option league leaders will be given the league. Huns have have a rid neck of the highest order trying to claim otherwise.

I genuinely wouldn't be calling for it of roles were reversed. They deserve * all from the season to date

SFA cant do that if UEFA give the leaders the title throughout Europe.
All Celtic would need to do is complain to UEFA and SFA would be in deep *.

Just found this to do with force majeure

In CAS 2015/A/392, (4) the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) found that the Royal Moroccan Federation of Football (FRMF) was not entitled to postpone the African Cup of Nations tournament in 2015 due to concerns about the Ebola virus. The CAS found that Ebola was not a force majeure event because it did not make the organising of the tournament impossible; rather, it only made it difficult. Caution ought to be applied with respect to this case given its highly fact specific nature: it was partially dependent on expert evidence suggesting that, at the time, Ebola was transmitted by direct contact with organic liquids and there was no proof it could be transmitted through the air or from touch. In addition, the CAS was sympathetic to the FRMF’s legitimate fears about Ebola, and although it did not agree to it being a force majeure event, it allowed the FRMF’s appeal against the heavy financial and other sanctions imposed upon it by the Confederation of African Football.

A contract, or set of rules for a sporting body, may specify precisely what events constitute force majeure or it may delegate to a body the determination of whether or not something constitutes force majeure. For example Article 83 of the Regulations of the UEFA Champions League 2019/20, ‘Unforeseen circumstances’ provides that:

Any matters not provided for in these regulations, such as cases of force majeure, will be decided by the UEFA Emergency Panel or, if not possible due to time constraints, by the UEFA President or, in his absence, by the UEFA General Secretary. Such decisions are final.

    From the beeb today:

'Using the relative strengths of teams and 100,000 simulations, the Euro Club Index football ranking has provided BBC Sport with a scientific prediction of the remainder of the campaign, giving a final ranking and clubs' percentage chances of finishing in certain positions.'

'In Scotland, Celtic's 13-point advantage over Rangers means they have a 98.87% chance of winning the Premiership, although the latter will cling to that 1.13% until the bitter end.'

13 is the lucky number. ;)

How * weird does this look from yesterday, just for looking back on. A Saturday in March would usually be choca with fixtures around the world. (about 20 odd of the club friendlies were in Sweden)

I salute your positivity, my friend.
Trust our healthy financial standing will see us pull through, while I suspect others will have to offload bigtime to pull through.
If I was a fan of any club living beyond their means, I would be bricking it right now.

Most would love no relegation and 2 promoted. Play 26 games, split play another 12.

Would be a good option, 3 equal Leagues of 14 just looks better all with the same splits and play offs also with the new higher TV money it would allow 2 more clubs access to the bigger money. Would mean in the split parts of the League as well everyone can play the same matches as each other.

Also means if they end the season as it stands nobody is relegated so nobody will complain about that and the way it's going it looks like Scottish teams need to just end it as it is, I don't think any of the clubs outside of us could afford to wait until November or December for their money they were budgeting to get it in 6/7 weeks not 7 or 8 month.

The way it is now as well, not many people will be renewing season tickets until a final decision is made as to wether this season is completed or it's just ended and the next football played - League anyway since the Scottish Cup will likely be finished as it would only take 7 or less days will be next season. As if we are completing this season for definite then it will be hard to get Hibs, St Johnstone etc fan to pay money now for a season ticket that might be a year before a game is played.

It is probably the most likely scenario I would say at this point. I am also not against no relegation and 2 teams promoted as another option. Play the 26 games home and away and then split for 12 more games and keeping the 38 game season intact.
