    I agree about the Government, they seem to be winging it at this stage. When you look at the measures other countries have took then this could go south quickly, an already creaking NHS with a sick and ageing population is only going to end up one way.

    Unless I've misread this all we have done is told people to stay home if they are showing symptoms? And that we are probably going to get it anways so let's just get on with it untill it get's too bad? Are these really the only measures we should be taking just now?

    Pretty pathetic response from government we’ve seen in other countries how shutting down has limited the spread and eased pressure on the healthcare systems now in a few weeks we’ll be facing a similar situation to Italy

    Well Im no doctor or scientist so can only trust what is being done / said is to delay the inevitable ie flattening the NHS response curve so that they can manage the virus's peak impact, as theres no vaccine as yet.. so what else can be done but stay at home if you've got symptoms or come into contact with folk with symptoms be checked, watch hygene etc...... we have to strike a balance here and be realistic ...the nation cant all stay at home until this thing peters out and thats the truth of it, never mind football we would be * broke, mass industry closures etc
