Aye it was Taylor, * launched a 70 yard cross field ball into F4E and had the cheek to have a moan about it.

 

I genuinely don't know what's happened to him

He was immense last year

Needs to get back to basics I think, keep it simple, work on defensive duels and how to deal with physical strikers.

For * sake what do we do in training. Its obvious what his weaknesses are but instead of improving he's getting worse. I'm worried I won't lie..

 

He needs a spell out the team to try and find a bit of form again, but due to the alternatives we can't really afford to do that.

 

Every time he goes to ground I want to spew.

It’s either spectacular or horrendous.

Have we ever actually seen him play in midfield for us?

 

That big stupid slide tackle he does is shocking. Seems to get caught out every time. Morelos catches him out with it time and time again, just * stay on your feet!!!

 

His form has plummeted at an alarming rate. If he thinks he can cut it in England, he's kidding himself on. That cross field pass to Taylor was him in a nutshell. Make a complete * of it and blame someone else.

Had high hopes he would be our future captain at one stage but now I'm not sure he's got the attitude to get back to that form.

 

There was a point in the first half he went totally to sleep and the boy got in behind his side and he was barking at broony for something. If he cut that * out his game you'd maybe be able to cut him a bit more slack but that annoys me as much as his stupid errors do.

Actually done fairly well at right back but then when moved into the left of the back 3 he was honking, left his man in acres of space for no reason for the 2nd.

Last few games he played well but then last night he was never stood up to be counted when it mattered. Wasn’t the only one though.

 

Signed 3 RB’s in the summer and started a centre half at right back in a massive European game.

Genius.

 

His first touch last night was terrible. Was the reason he picked up his booking as well..

 

Shouting at Taylor for passing the ball 10 feet over his head sums him up..

His form is horrible recently, but have in mind regarding yesterday that he is not an RB and it was Lennon's stupid idea to play him as RB ahead of Frimpong, Bauer or having the team in a 3 5 2

 

It’s no even bad form at this point it’s a really bad season can go back as far as September and pick massive mistakes he’s made from then on

 

Would straight swap him for benkovic all day long.

Had hoped he turned the corner recently with some positive displays. But at the end of the day, he is a converted midfielder, same as Bitton, ElHam more a full back and Joso-well, * knows??
That leaves one recognized time served center half-CJ. That's a recruitment issue, something we were all crying out for at last transfer window and needs addressing in summer. And we need to spend big, * this 2-3M deals, just spend 7-8M and get the real deal, ready to hit the ground running.

 

I still think we should move him forward 10 metres and use him in a sweeper role .
Who knows he could fill Broony position .
