    There has been some great Celtic quotes over the years many from Jock Stein such as 'Celtic jerseys are not for second best, they don't shrink to fit inferior players.'

    However when you think back to 2011 as a emotional Neil Lennon stood on the Celtic Park pitch and addressed the Celtic support having lost the League to Rangers on the final day not many of us would have guessed what was to come. Nine years later and we stand on the verge of an incredible 9 league titles in a row and the Holy Grail of 10 in a row is now a real possibility.

    Neil Lennon started it and it looks like he is going to finish it. 'This isnt the end, this is just the beginning', never a truer word said.

    I remember that day well, I was running late and before I got to my seat someone told me they were 2 up and by the time I sat down they had scored again. Felt * deflated but at the end of the game you could feel something special was about to happen and when the whole stadium sang for him it was just beautiful. I've never felt more positive after a league title loss

    Even though we lost the league, that was one of my favourite days at paradise.

    The atmosphere was unreal considering we knew early on the title was gone.

    That day was about much more than the football.

    Definitely an iconic moment in the history of our club :shamrock:

    I was so proud that day ! and then cup final day last season , I doubted him .. shamefully !!! . This season we see the real Neil Lennon , the more astute aware man , the man they cant get to now and we are now where we are because " He started it " yes Neil you brought the thunder back !.

    One of the best days I've experienced at Parkhead. Absolutely surreal.


    Him lifting the trophy at the end of this season after all the * about that scouse * being the messiah is going to be up there with it. His record has been phenomenal, which has surprised me. Hope the board are ready to back him to the hilt to get the ten.

    4-0 up and huns winning title at Killie we all done the huddle! Imagine it the other way about!

    Even though we lost the league that season it was a great season we knew their was gonna be a rebuild and we seen some top quality come in to the club and we put up some fight and tussle in games Scottish cup was least we deserved

    Brendan Rodgers was good for the club in sense we won things what wasn’t was all the epl bullshit he brought with him wanting to spend mega bucks on any player and some fans thinking that manager had to come from top five league... the way the club works and their plan Lennon is the best fit

    And to think many people a year ago rejoiced that he was coming back and to fail,sadly some of those were from our own support.

    But its a get it right up ye moment to the Orcs and the Media that thought he would fall and crumble.
