Thanks. The pushy ones, I think, are so because it's like "why didn't I know this before?" and they feel they need to let everyone in on the "secret". I honestly believe if everyone knew exactly what really happens in meat & dairy production, abbatoirs etc, there would be a lot more people giving up meat and dairy. Instead we have pictures of happy cows on milk cartons and cheese etc. It's all false as there is a huge amount of suffering involved.

However, these pushy vegans go about it the wrong way - people need to find it for themselves, and forcing someone isn't going to work. I believe the vast majority of us have a conscience as such that they will find their own way, and there is plenty of info out there nowadays with the internet YT etc

A lot of people tie their masculinity to a lot of things, withdiet being one of them. Eating vegan meals seems to be an affront to their manliness. It's a sure sign that they're lacking masculinity in other areas.

There's also another reason why people get on the defensive about it so much, it's because they know veganism is morally superior to factory farming animals, forcibly impregnating cows so they produce milk year round, killing animals that want to live, etc. so they lash out at vegans because they feel threatened by them. It makes them feel inferior.

Stats clearly indicate that meat is best for you, you can have that info for free. How woke do you want to get exactly? Welcome to the Woke Shop.
We are not plant eaters, we have domain over all animals and marine life.

Watp? You mean *? I like a salad with my Lamb in mint sauce or Cutlets with Lemon and Tzatziki, and salad.
I hope there is a Yeeros or Kebab shop or even some Pasta, perhaps from Tony Mac at Parkhead as well. Need that variety.

I've had some pretty decent vegan meals in my local vegan cafe.

Their burgers are genuinely really good and Jesus do they keep you full

Went vegan once for about three weeks and because my diet was so bad I could still eat all of my junk food so nothing really changed.

At the end of it though admittedly it made even a hotdog from Cineworld taste like it was some sort of Michelin star worthy delicacies
