That 3rd Messi goal just highlights how * Antoine Griezmann is. Messi squares it to him to score, even though he could probably easily get his hat-trick and Griezmann's touch is so bad. Luckily the defender's interception comes straight back to Messi, who nonchalantly slots it home.

Id love to see him lead an Argentina side to a World Cup win... probably got one more attempt.... would genuinely mark him out as one of the top few (2 or 3) players EVER.

Scrappy season though for both, Real Madrid with only 15 wins out of 25 is shocking. Worst Barcelona have been in probably 15 years and still top of the League.

Messi looking good even when he's obviously not match sharp. There's so many moves he seems to have trademarked, that run across the box dummying defenders and making the goal look too big is another one. It bodes well for him having another few years with his football brain he might not need to be extremely fit all the time.

Didn't think there was anything wrong with that Valencia goal, don't think the Referee did either but once he's called to the screen a Ref never just goes with the original decision it's like they're pressured to change it cause it's been flagged by other refs.
