Anyone who watches a lot of Scottish fitba will have noticed that the refs who get decisions wrong in our games do the same in other games on a weekly basis.

All you need to do is tune into Sportscene tonight and you’ll see these clown awarding all sorts of wrong decisions in every single game.

So, I wouldn’t say there’s a noticeable difference in how our games are officiated and how any other games in the league are, in this day and age.

I often wonder how we measure a * referee.

Like how do we know the ratio of mistakes made by referees in nations of similar footballing stature?

In such a big game you’d expect him to be doing all he could to help them keep up their push though, surely.

Booked Morelos for diving and didn’t gift them a penalty even though they were all falling in the box.

Chalked the goal off that would have been the winner as well.

Just seem like bizarre things to do if him and the SFA are wanting us to lose the league this year.

They are pretty * in general. Don’t believe they are bias towards us or Rangers.

Particularly considering they actually have a John Beaton Loyal flag hung over the away terracing, or words to that effect.

They are honestly deluded beyond tablets.

Going back a long time there undoubtedly was, but modern day? No. Incompetence? Absolutely.

Think the Beaton Loyal flag might have been binned on Wednesday night as they were saying he cheated them,in the televised games they have to try a bit harder not to show their bias though some of them don't care who knows about their leanings towards the Club playing out of Ibrox

I agree that maybe they have changed tact and are not so blatant anymore , but I do see them letting teams be more physical with us and letting them away with it but pulling us for inocuious things , we were given a pen in the game at parkhead against them , holding in the box , now there was no one more surprised than me to see that happen , it's not as obvious and maybe they used to get most things go their way , now they dont and refs are making game changing decisions against them and they get to feel like normal supporters now .edit ,
Maybe the grand masters dont see them as the same team .

Right, so you're telling me the likes of Bobby Madden (former season ticket holder at Ibrox) has absolutely ZERO allegiences to that team at all now? Even if by some miracle he TRIED to do gis job impartially, I believe he would still unconsciously be giving biased decisions to them. 100%

With the known past of many of them, it’s hard for anyone to deny that they’re huns therefore would naturally be against us.

Regarding the Huns’ viewpoint on the refs being against them, I agree that it’s just them trying to cry wolf to everything related to them. The outcry about Beaton is beyond parody. Sometimes it’s hard to fathom how warped they are.

I think there is truth in this, as PaulM also alluded to, but this is different from institutional, rotten to the core, bias that some both alot of us and the huns believe to exist

It was a televised game was it not? He can’t just blatantly let every single decision go their way, big game or not. By doing his job properly it allows him to eventually get away with a few “honest mistakes” in the future.

Confirmation bias is a thing, take Andy Dallas for example, our club was at the forefront of his Dad losing his livelihood. There is zero chance that he doesn’t resent that at some level, 50/50 split second decision, you will go against the one you hold a grudge against.

Even if you try to be fair,

I was at the Hearts game midweek and I thought Broonie went in with a shocking tackle in the second half. It looked high and dangerous. If that was a tackle on one of our players I'd be screaming for a red. He walked away with nothing. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else remembers this. On the bias thing I think common sense would tell you that some refs have to be sevco supporters and some have to be celtic supporters. At some point this must have a bearing on their decisions. However for me it is up to the governing bodies to enforce regulations whereby refs have to declare what teams they support to avoid such situations. This will obviously not happen. Dinosaurs the lot of them.
