    He likes to slide tackle too much that I think he is uncomfortable on the left as he has to slide the opposite way. Always plays better on the right plus on the right he can play the long diagonal easier where as the left theres no point as you need to turn your body and they can see it coming.

    Aye if we're playing a 3 then maybe Elhamed or that can go left. Think we see him as a Virgil type to drift out carrying it from the left on the right foot but he's no comfortable..

    Aye, he's better in defence and attack on the right.

    We should be looking for a guy who naturally plays on the left to replace Jozo.

    Griff should be coming in, Ajer picked up the nearest man to him, he can't leave the attacker free, Griff had plenty of time to tuck in.

    Didn't really see this Ajer losing his man, you keep the big players centrally for aerial, so should be passed on and Griff should have noticed that.

    Extremely good finish from a very good footballer. No other 'Defender' in the team finishes that like he did.

    Saying that though, another game where he has looked better at right back. He needs to improve. If we had a better centre back, he'd be on the bench.

    Can’t argue with what’s been said. Pretty poor again but massive goal. He looks far more comfortable at right back. I wouldn’t be overly surprised if El Hamed replaces him when fit.
