The form since the restart has been phenomenal, freescoring with some quality football.

Come the end of the season, though, we could look back on December, as being THE vital period in this campaign. A series of ground out/ ugly wins with an injury list the length of your arm and some off form/ jaded key players, could prove to be massive in terms of how the rest of this season pans out.

In reality, the reaction to this winter break is the reaction we had been looking for, but never really got, under fraudgers over the last 2 league campaigns. Thd way things are going, and with the players returning I can only see us going from strength to strength now.

Still think we should have added one or two bits of real quality in the window, though, just to be sure.

After the tetchy displays of December then the hun game I did genuinely have "doubts". Felt that a good window would have seen us ok but that never really transpired.

Now, though, disregarding their implosion, I think our own form will only improve and with ghe returning players, be too much for the rest.

 

Fair enough ,not once did I think we we would lose the league after half a season you have gave a response though appreciated

He’s skirting the issue of him thinking we wouldn’t win the league, for me the original thread question was clear. I see no need to split up the meaning of the answers gave.
