anyone recommend a good handheld vacuum, mostly for dog hair and to clean the car. Had a look online and have come up with the the Dyson v7 trigger pro £200 or the Gtech multi mk2 £145.
I’m not a badge snob so if there’s something out there at a fraction of the price of the Dyson and just as good, I’d take it.

I have the dyson V10 mate

Pros it’s really handy and works well in and around cars etc

Cons within a few weeks my battery failed so they sent me another you have to fit yourself
Had it mounted in my utility room where it stuck out the wall quite a bit and was worried
    That it would get damaged

So I moved it into the garage where it’s even colder and now the battery is on it’s way out again

So all in all they are great at what they do but come with ready made issues ,a know the V7 battery
Life is worse than the V10 so might be an idea to shop around and possibly look at reviews on the shark
    mate

    Hope this helps

Iv got the Dyson v7. Battery has been solid for 2-3 years now :56: my gfs v6 was bought when released. Still going. Depends on your luck but storing them in a freezing cold garage was always going to mess it up. V7 does my car brilliantly.

Cant see a downside tbh. You even get to pretend the battery ran out of charge when it's your turn to hoover the house :56:

my wife said, we have a couple of Dyson v6 animal battery hoovers & they are very good but battery only lasts about 8 mins on max power & you can’t change batteries without stripping them, which is why we have 2.
My daughter has the battery shark ( 2 batteries) & my mum also. Missus now says it blinds the Dyson easily. She will just have to keep using the Dyson because before she had that, she said it was the best one of the bunch & got one (2).

All vacuums are hand held :57:

    GTech is better than Dyson.

    * drama with this wee mutt fs. Told the other half this morning that the mutt has had a bit of bad luck as it's been back to the shelter twice. Why? Well it's previous two owners died. And your bringing the * thing into this house.
Might not need a hoover, might need a coffin
