I’ve been a big advocate of Taylor getting a run in the team and my stance hasn’t changed. However he done himself no favours today. Pretty inept all game. He should play on Wednesday but would imagine Lennon will go with Hayes.

    Would take Hayes over Taylor.

Don't believe he's good enough to be here. Too slow, nothing up his sleeve to beat his man which is important for the modern fullback - an OK delivery isn't enough.

Another left back in the summer as * knows what the outcome with Boli is going to be either.

Better defender than attacker. Wasnt what we needed today. Dont think he was bad.

It's harsh to judge him on a tight * pitch with a packed defence. There weren't many beating their man today and in tougher games against better quality teams his defensive abilities will be more important. Needs a run in the team playing on decent pitches to judge him. Jury's still out.

I think he’s getting a lot of undue stick. He managed to put a few good balls in and was unlucky either those in the box didn’t take advantage or Hamilton defended with their lives (and their hands).

He’ll continue to improve going forward and offers good defensive qualities.

Definitely better than Hays at defending as he's a defender.
Signed him as he played that position well at Killie more so against us we cant just expect him to develop a great dribbling ability which Hays clearly has over him, if he had better link up with the boys in front of him he really should need to be beating the last defender all day, Tierney was a freak and managed both you wont get many guys like that.

Don’t think he was anywhere near as bad as folk are making out.

    Weird.

The whole team were under par for most of the game today so I wouldn’t be overly critical.

I do think he lacks pace to go by a man himself but think he could link well with Elyounoussi on the left once he’s back.

Never a wing back. Struggles to go past a player.

Have to agree he’s more a good solid LB, as much as I hate to say it Bolingoli is more the natural LWB.

I’m probably in the minority but I think Boli is our best option for LB and LWB due to his attacking attributes.

Defensively he needs to be more consistent but he’s not the bombscare that some people make him out to be, for me anyway.

If we gave Boli 96383mins to prove his worth, I feel Taylor has the same right.

we always seem to do this

the guy showed he was a good player mid week

but as he and the most of our starting 11 had poor games today hes getting scapegoated

should be back in the side to play motherwell without a doubt it would be poor to drop him

Problem was that he would have had to go past 2 players today. Hard to judge some positions in games like that.

I like him but I just don't think he has the physical attributes required of a modern day fullback. Can we put bolingolis legs on him or something?

He has played so few games lately it was always going to be incredibly hard to play 2 games in 1 week
I loved when he lost the ball high up the pitch and then burst his lungs to track back and win it back. That was great attitude

he will be an excellent player

Played well midweek but I stand by him being a honking fitbaw player. Zero technical ability. He only beats a man with aa favourable bounce of the ball after he fails to get by on the first attempt.
