In wake of the recent injuries and the rumours of Tim Williamson heading to Man Utd and he wasn’t at Rugby Park last night is it a department we are failing in?

Forster and Frimpong where clearly aggravated at the “physio” last night then I have seen some say we get them on fixed term contracts for physios is this acceptable for a club our size!

    Aye, mentioned it last night..

Was a bit embarrassing to watch and a top club deffo shouldn't have a part time medical team..

Clearly since most of the injuries our players suffer are a reoccurence of a previous injury. E.g Griff calf, Bitton hamstring, Moussa Hamstring during his time.

Can go into plenty of detail on it but quite simply KTs injuries shows theres certainly neglect somewhere in the department wether it be recovery or clearing players coming back from injury.

Its not completely a medical team problem . Rodgers liverpool side missed double the amount of days through injury after he took over. So even huge clubs like liverpool with all their resources can experience these problems. Especially with certain managers and back room staffs in charge. Weve experienced a similar rise.

Lennons done little to help it either. Little rotation of key players and an even more aggressive and physically taxing style of football.

Injuries happen and are forgivable considering our intense schedule. What is not forgivable are situations like clearing Elyonoussi to play in the league cup final nowhere near fit and for it to set his recovery back months.

I honestly feel this needs a revamp and would probably be in Nick Hammond remit as Head of Footballing operations.

It won't come from Lenny who isn't really an invovator and doesn't have experience of an elite clubs medical setup.
