Only through the first chapter (Dutch football) but it’s fascinating so far. And that cover is stunning.

"Stolen," by Grace Blakeley. Easily followed explanation of the 2008 banking collapse and its consequences. Well argued and interesting.

Finished book 5 of Frank Herbert's sci fi Dune Series. Heretics of Dune was good I liked it. With one book left in the series I felt the first 3 books were all good. The fourth was more average as I felt it did not really go anywhere after a good start but this one I felt was another good one.

Just started Dubliners by James Joyce. Maybe one day I’ll tackle Ulysses.

Just finished Sylvia Plath’s novel The Bell Jar. Sad at times as it’s clearly a reflection of her own suicidal ideations before she done the deed. Found her quite funny at times though. Also learned she had an insanely high IQ and was ridiculously smart.

Also quickly read around the world in 80 days cause I’d been playing a game based on that

Finished book 6 Chapterhouse Dune the final book of Frank Herbert's Dune series. Decent series overall but the ending was flat I must admit. The first book Dune was good books 2 and 3 decent. 4 was average 5 picked was decent and book 6 was a bit average due mainly to the ending.

Finished Jo Nesbo's Headhunters. It is the first standalone crime thriller of his that I have read and I thought it was very good. His earlier books all were based on his Harry Hole character.
