He’s been our best player this season, but hasn’t kicked a ball v them.

Should've bagged the penalty and was anonymous along with Forrest today, could've been down to the Huns indentifying them as our main threat, or just a bad performance but we needed Ntcham or Rogic on to give them more to think about imo.

Decent penalty, keeper guessed right so can’t fault him there. Thought he looked a little lost during the game but that was a reflection of everyone. While I Appreciate what he’s done recently, I can’t help but feel he is still a bit behind what we need from a technical standpoint. He has an unorthodox style which works great unless we need him to be good in tight / scrappy games such as today.

 

Let's not go overboard, hes been brilliant for us over a period of time, has been a tad off for recently but many are.

As said Lenny needs to start changing the team around though.

Still think we should only have 1 DM and push the other 2 up, like McGregor, Christie and Rogic or something, and can have the likes of McGregor or Brown operating further back dependant on opponents.

I think he was tactically disadvantaged today, and wasn’t allowed to get into full flow.

Needs to use today to support his development, and recognise when to attack the wider areas.

Said that at the time, a nowhere height. That * only had to go the right way and he was saving it. Low or high and * all in between

 

He’s yet to have a good game against them

He’s a cracking n player but I always felt when cracking players are getting marked out a game the come looking for the ball and find another way to show there quality, hasn’t done this, he’s not alone I think all our good players should be trying something else if their normal game isn’t working, they should never just accept it like yesterday

 

Criticism is mental tho, he's an excellent player..

Get Edouard on the pens tho.

 

Still not convinced he's a 10, think he's far more potent from a deeper position....
