3 points in the bag, that's all that matters.

Dunno but, they really want to sit down and discuss how they could have the SPL shut down for a couple of months in the Winter and play more in the summer months, the Danes seem to manage it OK?

The Qatar World cup in 2022 is going to be held in the Winter, but with a reduced time frame of 28 days.

We could hav been playing summer football for over 20 years now would have been good for attracting youngsters to Scottish football instead of more and more of them supporting English premiership teams and supporting sky’s English football not to mention all the costs associated with running the game in the harsh winter weather we get

Decent performance, we could and should have scored more but on a surface like that, I'll take a comfortable win with no injuries every day of the week.

    Couple of negative points:

Why was Taylor on the bench? I love Hayes' attitude and determination, but he's simply not good enough to be starting at LB for Celtic.

Why does Lenny leave it so late to make subs? Griffiths needs game time, and the likes of Forrest, Eddie and Broony do not need to be playing 90 minutes when, well, there's no need.

    Some of the many positives:

Five points clear, pressure on the huns at Hibs away.

We played well and it should have been a cricket score.

    That backheel from Eddie :smoke:

It stands to reason, playing on that surface last night probably cost us a couple of goals, and playing in similar conditions last week could easily have cost us the Cup final.

    Needs looked at, big time.

James need to revert to is natural side of the pitch, missed an open goal chance against Hibs then another last night, Hayes and Bolingola should be fixed subs.

Wouldn't be sorry to see that shower go down. Unpleasant fans, unpleasant players and a brutal style of football(if you can even call it that). Only slight disappointment was we didn't score more, we could easily have had 4/5 goals last night.

Good performance overall I thought especially when you take into account how bad their pitch was and which was clearly getting worse as the game went on and the weather got worse. Even more so then Saturday we missed quite a few gilt edged chances but the key was the 3 points and to do it so comfortably was very pleasing. I would also throw a word in on Madden who was dreadful again. No major decisions to be made but all night the amount of obvious fouls against us he said play on for was unreal. It was a constant all night long. But just another aspect we did well to overcome last night I suppose.
