SPFL away allocations

@Lion1961 are you able to roughly post the allocations we recieve as im struggling to find them elsewhere?

 

Sorry I can't. For some reason that is something Celtic never divulge. Many supporters groups have been asking the same question for a few years now.

 

Be easy to work out the approx for most grounds as we seem to get at least one stand at most of them

I get that mate, im more looking for the list of stadiums were our allocations are cut, ie Ibrox, Pittodrie, Hibs, Hearts..

 

Huns about 900 since cut..

Sheep about 1600 since cut..

Hibs about 4 thousand although they cut it sometimes when going well..

Diets about 3 thousand. They cut it sometimes as well when going well..

 

Kilmarnock will be cut for sure also as they've taken away one of the stands behind the goal.

What everyone would like to know though is what is the split? ie How many go to Affiliation, Association, Irish Association, Independent buses and Investors?

I get that it can look a bit tinpot on TV when the away support is 3 x the size of the home support but it makes no sense at all to turn away fans when you can't fill the stadium.

 

Probably the coldest I've ever been in a ground at McDiarmid. Freezing gaff..

They give us a section of their main stand anyway. I imagine we'll have the rest of that and they'll want their support to be seen on the other side..
