Wouldnt pay £16m for him and wouldnt in a million years expect us to.

But I've always wanted him here and now he is hes starting to prove why.

£8m-9m would be good business if he keeps this form.

I wouldn't expect us to and would rather the money went in a couple of players. I do think thdm needing to sell if they relegate means more chance of Forster coming back permanently

He's a top quality player and I'm glad we've got him for the season but I don't think it would be wise to spend the sort of money they'd be wanting on him when we have Mikey Johnston breaking through the ranks. He is our future.

I wouldn't be against another loan deal beyond next summer but if we're talking high 7 figures/low 8 figures then that money can be better spent across the squad to fund 2 or 3 players.

We will definitely need at least 1 LW next summer as Sincy will go and Hayes/Elyounoussi might go.

There is no way Pedro is going to * 16M on a player.
Cant see Southampton expecting 16M for a player they don't fancy, surely they will just want to cut their losses?

For those who are in love.....
The kinda game we brought him up for..

Think his guile could prove the difference tonight. That reverse blindside pass to McGregor on Saturday just showed another glimpse of his top class quality..

Even his first goal Saturday. Steadies his self and hits it in a way that gives no chance to any keeper..

Some more of that please Mo. Deffo think he scores and assists here..

Few good touches and runs again tonight. Playing very well of late.

Disagree with the couple of comments above, thought he seen loads of the ball and could have done so much more with it.

He and Forrest had similar performances.

Both kept running into defenders, stumbling and making poor passes

Was itching for him to be subbed off tbh, thought he was poor.

I don't see how anyone could say he played well tonight, he lost the ball constantly. Not the only one, but was very poor tonight.

Was his worst performance for us so far. Lost the ball almost every time he was on it.

He was very poor tonight, whenever he received the ball with his back to goal he’d lose it, couldn’t do the basics and just keep it simple, put it down to nerves and confidence still low. His work rate is really good though, but expect a lot more from him on the ball.

Just never happened for him, was up against quality defenders, head seemed to drop after their goal.
    Confident he will bounce back.

Thought he was very poor, lost the ball almost everytime he got it, although some of his passing and movement was good, final ball was definitely lacking and deserved to be replaced.

Rogic who replaced him seemed way off the pace as well to be honest but who gies a * when we're top of the table!

They were very effective against our width, both our wide players struggled.

When Johnston is fit, id like to see him in the 10 occasionally, with Christie and McGregor behind.

    Christie McGregor
    Forest Elyoynoussi Johnston
    Edouard

Was off the boil last night but as said the forward line was very sloppy.

You know that annoying tendence that Sinclair has to cut the ball inside and shoot all the time?

Elyounoussi needs a bit of that. Too often he is in a dangerous position and dont try.

    Otherwise he is good

Wasn't through the lack of trying but he's had better games. Almost as if he was too eager.....tried to Boli find twice early and made neither. Found a few pockets and didn't make the most of them but wasn't alone there, especially in the first half. Was the correct substitution and he had long enough.
