    Bolognese for me as well.

    Mince, pancetta, onions, garlic, mushrooms, a couple of fresh chillies, beef stock pot, red wine and a bit of dark chocolate. Topped with Parmesan and black pepper.

    This time Salmon with the rest of the new potatoes and Stilton Salad with a couple of hard boiled eggs thrown in to help with the celebrations tonight.

    Mmm nice, like the sound of that how do you cook your salmon @cidermaster I've always just flung it in the oven with sweet chilli on the top or just butter and lot's of salt and pepper wrapped in tin foil, I'm hungry for salmon now and I've not got any :54:, could go chicken and leek pie as well but alas not got any @StPauli1916 that's your fault :55:

    I cook the Salmon in a covered Ashet in Olive Oil seasoned with salt and pepper and a * of butter. Served with sliced Lemon on top.

    Fresh rolled and stretched bread dough with a thin but savoury tomato sauce layer above. Topped with 2 different cheeses, sliced mushrooms and fresh basil. Going to cook in a very hot oven and enjoy with some red wine.

    I loved school dinner rhubarb crumble with custard, in fact school dinner's were class as I think back

    Flipping heck no wonder we are such good friends,I remember my School Dinners as a wee lad with utter glee:50:
    Yes we had Rhubarb Crumble with custard as well,lovely:50:
    Also I get very high remembering the Cheese And Onion Pies,the Cottage Pie And the Chicken Pies,if they were available now I would weigh 100 stone:56:
    Also lovely Jam Sponge puddings And Chocolate Puddings!!!
    Now where is our great friend on here with his Time Machine,Marty over to you!:84:
