    Twitter is a total minefield of folk with * info and folk that can send all sorts of abuse to people with no consequences. It's * poisonous.

    For the most part. I don't really get offended by stuff I read online or hear, and think people should be able to say what they want, but some of the stuff that people post on Twitter particularly is * horrible, so I don't use it. Used to get involved in stupid arguments with racist halfwits on Facebook before I deleted it, but from seeing bits of Twitter it's ten times worse.

    Anyway not wanting to hijack the thread any further, I'd also treat any Twitter screenshots/news updates about our players with scepticism as any * can make things up with no backing and once it's shared it spreads like *. I'll believe stuff when the club announces it, and even then I'm not always convinced til it actually happens!lol

    I know what you mean, but you can control what you see on Twitter. I use it for football news and anything like you mention just gets muted and I never see it again.

    I've defended the big man a lot since he came in, and i think before tonight he came in for some unwarranted criticism.

    However, he's been awful, nerves have got to him big time. We really need this Tierney situation sorted out so we can get another LB to challenge him.

    I can't remember the last time a saw a Celtic player look so far off the pace in a European game, including the absolute hammerings. I hope it is just one of those nights for him, but it has all the hallmarks of him being absolutely useless.

    If we're up against a weaker side then he looks like Dani Alves. Against well organised opposition he's a headless chicken.

    Could be decent backup, just need to hope we get through these qualifiers with him starting.
