    True, but I’d imagine it’s easier to negotiate in the dark when the transfer window isn’t open.

    When nobody is expecting you to be dealing and when you’ve not mentioned anything to the press about being in negotiations with a player.

    Partizan right back is Nemanja Miletic. He also plays centre back and has been capped once by Serbia. He is 28 so has plenty of experience.
