    Knocking back a 25m bid on our star player is definitely not the same as spending that sum. Not to mention Demarai Gray would cost more than 25m.

    We haven't knocked back any bid of £25m for Tierney.

    Secondly, Demarai Gray plays a lot of first team football for Leicester. We had Benkovic on loan last year and it's likely he won't be coming back. He's never played a first team game for Leicester. Aye, we should aim for talent but I would rather we got these talents before they end up in the PL reserves. Like Benkovic. * was £13m but guaranteed Leicester won't consider selling now for less than £20m.
