If he comes in and gives everyone a lift and we start winning 3 or 4 -0 every week he could make it very difficult for them no to give it to him. Look at Man Utd.I doubt Solksjaer was ever at the top of their list but he has made it very difficult for them no to offer him the job. Especially if a couple of players come out and say the dressing room is now a great place to be etc.

I feel we need someone in place urgently not at the end of the season.

 

Voted Rafa instead of Lenny just because we need players in the summer and i think Rafa could get a better quality player to come to us . Got no problem if Lennon did get it but whoever gets the job he must be installed now because we dont want to be looking for a new manager and new players in the summer

 

Happy Lenny is back and think he could do well beyond the rest of this season.

Other than that Rose I like the sound of but being a Leipzig boy and played/coached various Leipzig incarnations, think the only place he would go from RB Salzburg is RB Leipzig when they feel he’s ready.

Rafa, Mourinho, Wenger pie in the sky, and none of them really excite me. Only ones on list that could be worth a shot are Bielsa, Clarke, Cocu or Jokanovic.

Bielsa unlikely as on the verge of greatness/immortality with Leeds if he can get them back in PL and doubt if did come whether would last long term. Clarke would be good but fear would bore the * out of us all. Cocu is a great shout but would he leave PSV/Netherlands to come here? Jokanovic still out of work I believe, and had Fulham most recently playing some great football.

If we win the treble again with Lenny I can’t see the board looking past him to be honest.

My big concern is we will have 7/8 players possibly leaving in may and a manager is now needed

 

The last time Lennon brought in a new team he made a brilliant job of it. Lennon to keep the job for me

 

Don't think the board will pay big money for a top manager. With this in mind, how about Jack Ross? It's possible that we can pry him away from Sunderland.

Having said that, I would be perfectly happy with Lenny, especially if he wins the double.
