Sad news but the right thing to do.

He became one of my favourite boxers after the 1st Froch fight, that fight is one of my favourites of all time; the build up was amazing as was the fight and then the schooling of Eubank Jr was great. I do think his arm was still * in that Smith fight he looked beaten before the fight had even started but glad it he's called it day no point carrying on when his body giving up.

    Yep..

When he fought De Gale I wanted chunky to smash him. I was a big fan of Froch the fighter and wanted him to do him, even in the second fight when he was sparked..

Warmed to him though as he humbled his self/was humbled and was definitely more likable..

Schooled Eubank but clearly that dislocated shoulder and his comeback, plus wear and tear of some tough fights....had caught up with him and he was nowhere near the same fighter against a rampant, massive Smith..

McGuigan's coming across a right shady *. First Frampton, now her. He's matched Taylor excellently so far in his career, but if I was Taylor I'd be heading for the hills. Earn with Hearn n all that.

Apparently AJ and Miller is done and dusted. Joke of a fight in all honesty, fully expect AJ to flatten the * within 6 rounds.

AJ just needs to ride out the first 5/6 rounds. Miller is just a fat *, he'll be blowing out his * by this point - That's when AJ will go to town.

That's one war-torn face he looks a lot older than his years. I've heard the sparring can be partially rough in Scotland with the pros.

Looking forward to this fight both are not liked by the public but I think could match up. I think it will be close fight with DeGale winning on points but it wouldn't shock me if it's a draw. Always the chance DeGale schools Eubank or Eubank overpowers DeGale but I don't see DeGale getting stopped he got a good chin and he's not outboxing DeGale but if DeGale takes off rounds and gets lazy then it be close.
