    Doubt it as the court found in our favour. Even if he had won he wasn't getting 50k for allegedly two weeks off work and some physiotherapy. He'd have got 5k at most.

    The out of court settlement, probably :86:, went like this, allegedly hoho - If you continue with this and we win you will have to pay our court costs .. so drop it now and we won't pursue you for them.

    After the case was put on hold for months, the civil office confirmed that it was resolved out of court after a joint agreement by both sides

    A spokesperson for the club added: “The Club can confirm that the action raised has concluded out of court without any admission of liability.”
