    Robbie Keane was brilliant for us. Played in a gash team in turmoil. Displayed great movement and finishing. Done much more than Roy Keane.

    Do people honestly think that someone would drop 30k a week to play St Johnstone 4-5 times a year?

    Class act his entire career, I don't see how a move to Wolves benefits either him or Wolves though given they are the highest scorers by far in the Championship, are spending allsorts of money and would have to completely capitulate not to reach the Premiership within the next few months automatically.

    The guy is a legend and a world class player in his prime, but one look at the number and sort of clubs he has played for and the fact that every time he moves to a new team it is a "dream move" and he's always wanted to play there tells me he is a bit of a mercenary. Nothing wrong with that though football is a short career so might as well make as much money as you can.

    He doesn’t have the legs for Championship level anymore imo, but he could be a good character to have around for them as they push for promotion.

    Each to their own and it's his career to choose as he sees fit however if I had made the millions he had made in the game and had the chance to play for Celtic I wouldn't have to think twice about it.
